M.I. DUE srl manufactures various plants to paint glass items such as bottles or small vials for cosmetics, consulting with the customer to select the process which is best for them to achieve the desired result.
Hot air and UV paint plants
The collaboration between M.I. and the customer makes it possible to realise paint plants for glass which integrate different technologies for drying and curing the paint. The plants may be hot air, infrared or UV setting, and are tailored to individual requirements.
Custom designed plants, testing and commissioning
Once the plant requested by the customer has been completed, M.I. proceeds with testing of the assembled paint line, with the customer able to oversee each stage personally. This is followed by disassembly and shipment of the line to the customer premises.
The procedure adopted by our company during the stages of manufacturing and pre-testing makes it possible, following assembly, to commission the production process in extremely short time-frames, achieving a final product which reflects the quality of the M.I. DUE brand.
